How does SWiPE work?

SWiPE takes a brand-new approach to get your drinking under control. It uses evidence-based brain training called “cognitive bias modification” (CBM). Numerous trials have shown that CBM can reduce the appeal of alcohol, and help individuals quit, remain sober or reduce their drinking. In 2020 we tested SWiPE with over 1300 Aussies who wanted to cut-down or quit drinking, and it worked!
